The Baytown Fire Department is an all-hazard risk management agency that is divided into four major components: Administration, Operations, Logistics, and Planning. Each section consists of divisions: Administrative/Support, Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services, Special Operations, Risk Reduction, Emergency Management, Training, and Logistics.
