COVID-19 Assistance
The City of Baytown has received a special allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19. These funds are primarily meant to benefit low to moderate income residents.
The City of Baytown will provide child care assistance to essential workers. This program will reduce the child care cost burden for essential worker(s), who are are incurring child care expenses.

Love Network Rental and Mortgage Assistance
The goal of the program is to aid Baytown residents who are experiencing a financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 public health crisis, with rental assistance and mortgage assistance.
