Financial Summary
The financial information and documents are provided to give our citizens a clear view of how the City's funds are used to make the City of Baytown a great place to reside or visit. The government-wide State of Activities reports the results of the City's operations on an accrual basis of accounting. Revenues are recognized when earned expenses are recognized at the time the liability is incurred.
