Community Development seeks to develop viable communities, and enhance the quality of life of Baytown citizens through various programs. The programs are funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. These funds are primarily meant to benefit low to moderate income residents.
