Congratulations to Amy Shipley from Parks & Recreation for completing her Green Belt!
For her project, Amy looked into the larger marketing budget for Holiday Hangout 2024, which didn’t appear to result in increased ticket sales. As she Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the problem using a Fishbone Diagram, she discovered several factors that could have caused this. What a great opportunity to find ways to improve the event’s marketing and help the City generate more revenue.
