For her project, Melissa looked into how to reduce the amount of calls received from customers at Utility Billing. As she Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Fishbone Diagram, she noticed customers were confused and frustrated with trying to use the online system. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could reduce the amount of time explaining how to use the online system and enhance efficiency for everyone!
