Roseland Park is located at 100 Roseland Drive. A playground and splash park both have shade covers and room to run and play. The Roseland Splash Park is operational during warmer months every day from 10AM to 8PM. 

The park also contains sports facilities such as a backstop, a basketball court, and two sand volleyball courts. The entirety of the park is surrounded by a paved walkway for visitors to walk, run, or bike. The Roseland Park waterfront along Cedar Bayou is a popular spot for fishing in Baytown and the boat ramps and kayak launch provide easy access for getting out on the water. Pavilions and picnic tables around the park are available first come first served.

The Clubhouse at Roseland Park is available for event rentals. All events must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Reserve online or in-person at the Baytown Community Center.
