The applicant has indicated the desire to construct a horizontal multi-family complex, which includes cottage style (single family detached) rental housing, duplex structures, and six plex buildings. The subject property is currently vacant and has approximately 750ft of frontage along Hunt Rd. The surrounding area includes a mixed density retirement home to the West, Apartments to the Northwest, and vacant land to the East and South.
