The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend disapproval of the Zoning Map Amendment to the official zoning map to rezone approximately 4.5 acres from Neighborhood Serving Commercial to Medium Density Mixed Residential (MF1) Zoning District on July 20th, 2021. The request then went before City Council for a Public Hearing and Consideration on August 12th, 2021, and the City Council upheld the Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation and voted down the Zoning Map Amendment. This application was denied by City Council on August 12th, 2021.
