For her project, Vernetta looked at how many sheets per permit was submitted by telecom companies. After she Defined and Measured the issue, Vernetta used a Fishbone Diagram to help her Analyze what was happening. She found out that by reducing the amount of sheets per permit entry, processing time was greatly reduced. What a great chance to find ways to make the process better and more organized for everyone.
