We would like to recognize Sterling who is part of the Public Works and Engineering department.
He is part of the Public Works/Engineering department and has been with the city for almost 8 years. When he is not at work, you can catch him playing and watching sports especially football and basketball. A piece of advice he could give everyone is "For anything you want to accomplish in life, I find persistence and discipline towards your goal(s) produce positive results."
